Roy brings 21+ years of experience in post-frame construction. Mikki brings 20+ years of financial services experience to R’S, she manages projects as the saleswoman and general contractor. The company adopts a family-friendly approach catering to clients and helping them turn their visions into realities. In business with Roy & Mikki are their 2 sons Roy Palmer III (Project Manager) and Jessee Stevens (Field Crew) with several employees that complete our dynamic team.
